We did a tour of all calas in Ibiza Ireland and this one is definitely one of the best, possibly our favourite. If Plates de les Illetes is a "Caribbean" beach paradise in Formentera, Cala Tarifa is not far from being at good. The beach of that Cala is well accessible by car but as you must go down stairs to reach it, it is very nice not to hear our see any car around. The beach is quite long, the sand is soft, the water clear, it's not crowded (early Septembre) and people are beautiful. There are just a few private sun beds which occupy only a small portion of the beach and that's very appreciated. There are a couple of restaurants and bathrooms if necessary.
I highly recommend you! Absolutely NOT a tourist trap , good atmosphere with music, smiling, nice staff, what more could you ask for. Very nice view.
Very nice beach! Access is ok, the water is very clear. Not wavy as well. You can jump from the platform, I did not try it. There are restaurants/bars as well. There were a lot of medusas that day, I do not know if that is regular. Wasn't stung I think. Not a very crowded beach. Really enjoyed
Visited Chiringuito and got the beds on the beach. Service was really slow, but the food and drinks were good. Ordered the sangria cava, gazpacho, bread & aioli, quinoa salad & the tempura prawns. Overall it was okay, not as pricey as some other beach restaurants
The food was really good but the portions at side were really small. Like 12 fries in a Fries portion. But the taste was amazing and the views suberb
Very nice restaurant with amazing beautiful view! I had Cesar Salat was nice just a bit too much sauce Iced coffee was nice! Service very good! Beautiful beach and nice vibe!
Chiringuito de Cala Tarida is everything you want from a beachside escape: breathtaking views, a laid-back vibe, and food that hits just the right note. There’s a quiet elegance in its simplicity — no frills, just honest Mediterranean flavors and smiles that make you feel at home. Watching the sun melt into the water with a glass of wine in hand… this is the kind of magic you come to Ibiza for.
